From my limited experience at this it is probably best to start with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine to give a chance to meet but an opportunity to find out if you like or not. At least this gives us enough time to go through the normal questions and see if there are enough likes to continue later.

I think that a first date should be light and non-committal. Coffee and conversation is preferable to screaming at each other over loud music. First things first, you should talk a little, laugh a little, feel each other out for similar interests and compatible personalities.

A first date should be simple. It should be about talking and getting to know each other. Just coffee or dinner and a few drinks and nice conversation would be perfect. Maybe a short bike ride afterward if all goes well and we hit it off.

I love da beach but, bugs? If you can handle it I can. But the boardwalk stroll is a good place to hold hands and walk and talk. Then a nice footlong hotdog and whatever you desire to drink!
And do? My lifes ready for a lot of romance right now!!!
No fancy restaurants please. Casual clothes too. If you want me to be happy a small venue or little restaurant will do just aswell. The service is always better and a romance just needs peace and quiet. Smooth music. Not loud but oldies 70's music can get it going!! Led Zep sometimes or Elton even at others? Can't just hear one type. Kissing is gonna take place and is very important to get things on track? I mean it will help alot. Help, I need ideas now. OK? Dessert, wine beer? Then? Lets just go places together. In time, you'll get to know me. And visa versa.
