first meeting you mean? he would pick me up, we'd ride to an outta the way bar for a beer..find a booth way in the back, and spend the afternoon finding out whether or not we want to do it again!

There is no "perfect first date theme" I have in my book, on life.
Its unfortunate or is it fortunate (?) that:
I brew better Coffee then most shops around,
I cook better food than most Restaurants provide,
I find that going to the movies as a 1st date is what Teenagers do.
You may think this leaves the obvious, heading to a Watering hole, cause if it gets awkward, one can always drink more. As the other person will not only become prettier with every drink, but also more interesting. Right?
And if all else fails, one can always bond over making fun of others... ???
I am looking for someone with more creative blood and ideas then the example I just gave.
As I do know, there are a lot more options & Ideas out there!

"First Date" just doesn't seem to be appropriate as a description. It's all a matter of getting to know each other. Where or when we go someplace is probably not as important as the words we speak to each other. Holding hands. It all starts by getting to know each other.Becoming friends. Learning.
