Something simple,.meeting some place public. Just hanging out and getting to know each other.I think you can tell with in the first 5 mins of meeting someone if your into them.So just picking a neutral place to meet and having a cup of coffee is good place to start.

I would say a perfect 1st date in all reality is meeting to do something in a public place over dinner etc.. and both deciding where to go from there.

We go for a ride on a nice sunny afternoon, stop for something to eat and a couple of beers. We talk about everything and hit it off great. We ride until the sun goes down, and then hang out for a while to talk and laugh some more when we get back home. Before we know it, it's very late and we don't know where the day went. A good night kiss and plans for a second date would be a nice way to end the evening.
