My preference is to first meet briefly either for a drink in the evening or a lite bite and/or coffee & tea at a location totally comfortable to the woman I'd be meeting. This would eliminate the stress of a "date" and allow the two of us to feel a connection. Then we could go from there

clear crisp fall day, sun shining thru the trees, riding down the Parkway, smiles and jokes along the way. Stopping the bike at an out of the way place, sharing something cold to drink, maybe a snack or two....riding the bike thru the setting sun, getting back home to the hot tub and firepit......you fill in the rest.

I'd like to meet you for the first time at the beach. We could introduce ourselves, then take a stroll along the surf, perhaps stopping to sit on some rocks or driftwood, hopefully falling into easy, comfortable conversation. There would be enough people on this beach that we wouldn't be isolated, yet not so many people that we'd be surrounded. We could take our time getting to know one another while also being able to enjoy the beautiful sights and sounds of the ocean rushing to the shore, the gulls swooping and crying overhead.....perhaps if its stormy, we could brave the wild Oregon coast in full turmoil. Ahhh!
2nd date: you get to take the REAL test.......me with HELMET HAIR!!! eeeeekk! LOL

How about meeting somewhere quiet for coffee and getting to know each other,then take it from there. Bars are too noisy and distracting for a first encounter and your not supposed to talk during a movie. Coffee sounds good. : )

My favorite date would be taking off for a ride through the Hocking Hills, stopping here and there, wanna go zip-lining?? Grabbing something to eat and sitting under the stars just getting to know one another...
