My idea of a first date would be ...pic up my date in the afternoon , ride to a nice restaurant for some lunch . After lunch go for a scenery ride , stop off somewhere , shoot some pool and have some get-to-know-each-other conversation. Ride a little more , depending on my date if she's up for more ridings and then ride her home .

I think a first date would consist of a day ride to either the mountain or to a beach (her choise) maybe a walk and a picnic lunch time to talk get to know more about each other, more riding and maybe dinner at some biker friendly, good food bar and then what happens, happens... probably take her home, kiss on the cheek, give her my number and see if she calls.

To me a first date is kind of like first impressions. If everything. Is going good and your having a good time laughing and carrying on then another date would surely be in the picture. But if from the beginning of a date, you feel nervous and uncomfortable and the uneasyness doesn't die down a bit, I could probably say another. date wouldn't be in the cards. But, going to the lake, or going to the local bars during open mic night is really quite fun for first date ideas.

I am first looking for a riding companion. When we are both ready and comfortable with the next step we can start bragging to each other how great the dates we have planned for each other are. But if you must know now, how about a great country ride on a warm sunny day, a stop with a beautiful view, a nice picnic meal with some wine (okay apple jucie...we are riding after all) and maybe some chocolate for desert. Whip cream is optional.
