I haven't been on a "date" in over 30 years, Pretty darn scary lol.
How about we meet for a coffee or a bite to eat at a small café, then maybe a little ride, check out some local lake's, wade in water, garage sales, swap meet, stroll around town, a museum, ah heck we'll figure it out

I enjoy random activities - maybe it's a hike, after a bike ride, or maybe it's kayaking, who knows - or, maybe it's lunch/supper at a spot with a nice outside patio.

I don't have a licence now so ideally you pick me up ..... if you are happy to do this, have a ride out, stop off for coffee or take a flask and go somewhere scenic and secluded sit and chat or whatever, alternatively go to one of our houses and get to know each other there.

For a first date, I think relaxed and casual as well as different. I'm not into ordinary, but that's fun too with the right person. I'm pretty easygoing and easy to talk with and comfortable in almost any situation.
