After talking to you on the phone or getting to know your likes and dislikes, I'd plan accordingly. Maybe we could meet for coffee and conversation or we could go out for something to eat. It would depend on what you enjoy doing? Or we could go enjoy riding in the sun, whatever sounds good at the time. ;)

if its winter we could meet up to go sledging and then spend the evening in a narrowboat on the canal with a roaring stove keeping us warm as we played cluedo or monopoly and had homemade soup

Dates are awkward to say the least and it's been a while since I've dated. Maybe meet for a quiet dinner where we can talk or a nice lunch outside somewhere. Even a coffee shop but somewhere that we both agree on and if it's not comfotable we have the ability to be open with each other and respectfully say so. Movies are not a good idea, you can't say a word to each other inside a theater. (Well, I can but it's not a good idea) ;-)

Start out with a nice slow ride through the country or a full moon cruise that ends up at the beach. Then a slow ride along the waters edge to a tiki bar with some live music ( not to load ) for some good food & conversation to further our acquaintance. A stroll on the beach or along the boardwalk.

i would take you down to bournemouth in the afternoon for a meal at a good restaurant near the pier, walk together on the promanade to get to know each other, an evening meal in town then join the night life

"First Date" is different from the "First Meeting", I think the "First Meeting" should be a simple thing where you meet over coffee or a light simple lunch. At the end of the "First Meeting" you and I will both know if we would like to have a "Real Date". 1st "Real Date" could be a dinner and/or a motorcycle ride to where ever and should last at least 3 hours so that we can get to know each other better.
