Depends on the weather: if it is nice and sunny, then we could go for a ride on our bikes on a nice quiet country road till the sun comes down and it gets too cold for comfort.
If the weather looks like is going to be miserable, then we will have to take the wet weather gear, and possibly a warm jumper to put on under our leather vests before getting on the bikes and decide on a road that is less likely to get slippery or flooded for the occasion....
If it is really hot and sunny, then I suggest that we should not waste such great opportunity to get straight onto our bikes with just the vest and a light pair of jeans, open face helmet of course, and greet any other biker riding by along the sunny country roads till the sun sets....(hum..maybe I am running out of ideas?)
