I love seeing what you all collect..I have one of those old calendar collections that I aquired from my mother...beautiful old calendars that we had professionallt framed..
I have been saving costume jewelry for quite awhile too...all different era's...and some antique purses...but I like to use them along with the jewelry.

Yep, PBG, I own a few Boyd's Bears myself, but not that many! Wow! Each one has a little paw print stamped differently on each bear & each have their own little personality.

cool bear! and there are a lot of great antique shops in NYC - there is a great one w/ very rare native american pieces also. I'll see if I can dig out the addy .
Yeah, Joe. I've pretty well done it all in the hunt for the elusive yellow iron. From hardrock mining to running a suction dredge, from detecting to gold panning. I traveled the gold areas: AZ, NV, CA, ID, OR, and WA. Even wrote a five volume series of where to go and how to do. (long defunct now)
Sexybaby, those are raw gold nuggets, that I found with a metal detector. Amongst my varied professions, I was a prospector for a couple of years. : )
Hey BB, tell us more about the prospectin'. Where did you do it? Reason I ask is that I spent a lot of time in Northern Cali some years ago. A friend had a suction sluice on the Truckee. Cool!
