I think 50 mph was a bit fast for a Parade. Next time I'll just sit along I-66. Anyway, I guess it's all about showing respect for our Vets so it's all good.

Yes, as stated before I'm going. Have reservations for a place in Vienna, VA. Would be interested in meeting any BK people or any other Patriot Gaurd members that may also be BK members. Sounds like The Exchange might be the place where everyone might meet?

I should be hitting the southern end of NJ around 1000 or 1100 Sat morning depending on weather, traffic and what time I actual get in the saddle. My plan is to leave Sunday either after the Ride or shortly there after.
I don't even know if you are really interested, did you want to ride in the parade or just observe?
I hoping to get a couple of rubbings off the Wall stop at Arlington and also see the new Memorials on Sat.
I will be making my res. tomorrow evening.

How is it looking? Will you have your bike in time for this run?

I'm planning on leaving the New London, CT area early Sat morning and expect to get there early Sat afternoon. If there is any one else leaving the area or is interested in hooking up along the way or down there, email me in the next day or two.

just a note to all that are going.....there is a great band playing at the Exchange on 17th & H street( I believe H st is the intersection)saturday night thier name is The Nighthawks........I've been going to see this band for about 30 yrs there play what I would call Biker Blues music they are a local band & are well worth going to see. I'll be there so if you show look for me I'll be the guy with a beard & black leather jacket.
