Thanksgiving day snow, made me wish I had riden on that 56 degree day back on the 21st. I had put off cutting my lawn since August and looking up at the trees and seeing all the leaves off the branches and on my lawn, I figured I should probably tend to the yard instead of going riding again as I have done the last 10 or so times I thought about yard work. My neighbors would surely appreciate this as the wind was slowing empting my leaves onto their lawn.
Anyway, I'm looking for some Maine Bikers who are hunkered in for the winter and wish they lived in Arizona or some place where the bike never has to sleep. Looking for a riding partner or group to ride with when the weather breaks.
I have an Indian, but still try and drive it like my old Honda 750 I had back in school, at least until the belt rubs from the down shift or the tire skids. Mann I hate when that happens. I also like to work on bikes too.
Welcome from the Cape, Bro.
We did some miles Saturday...Doc, UG, DD and I marked Mass, Rhode Island and Conn...I think the California Lady would have pointed us your way if the sun stayed up another hour... We are headin out again today...It will be good if some of the snow melts...geez
Days like this...56 degrees is T-Shirt weather...
Watchin' for the black ice...
