Been thinking about posting this for some time. Hopefully, it will help or at least induce a smile.
    1. Practice random acts of kindness, as the smile you give to a stranger may be just what's needed to save a life.
    2. Attaing one's Peace is difficult, but retaining that Peace is even harder, though it gets easier with practice.
    3. Only a fool tells a mother to choose either him or her kids.
    4. When the laughter dies, the relationship soon follows.
    5. Watch for tobacco chewers in the vehicle in front of you.
    6. Do not park alongside a truck hauling cattle, as cow piddle stains your jacket.
    7. Stand up for what you believe in, no matter the consequences. But don't be afraid to admit it when yu are proven wrong.
    8. Emotionally "tuff", isn't ignoring the hurt. It sooner or later affects your life, if you do. But admit that you are hurt, cry, if need be and go in. Gradually the hurt will lessen and will one day disappear. If you let it.
    9. It is so written that; Thou shalt not piddle on an electric fence. Yea verily!
    10. Sometimes we are given exactly what we most need, exactly when we need it most.
    11. God lives inside of us all. You want to know the Truth, just ask, but be open to the answer

Bear and seeme and Jerry-thanks forthe shares! I have a ton of great stuff that I haven't ever posted. Too busy dealing with life and been hibernating for 3 weeks due to my neck and a sick cat at home. I loved this part. "don't have one leg in yesterday and one in tomorrow--because when you do you pi$$ all over today--we have to live today for today. "

    Soo True!
I have a new thread in "relationships."
    I am ready to Rock.
Starting a new life today. No drama, no trauma.

thnx Bear--i'm goping to expand on your words a bit

Been thinking about posting this for some time. Hopefully, it will help or at least induce a smile.
    1. Practice random acts of kindness, as the smile you give to a stranger may be just what's needed to save a life.

and it maybe your life you save!!!!!!!
there are times we are down and with helping others it can lift our spirits

    2. Attaing one's Peace is difficult, but retaining that Peace is even harder, though it gets easier with practice.

One must be open for Peace--if our hearts and souls aren't open for it no matter how hard we try we will never obtain it

    3. Only a fool tells a mother to choose either him or her kids.

and the same goes for a fool to tell a father to choose between her and his kids--i have met many dad's that either have custody or shared custody that women believe that their own kids should be more important than his!!!! NOT--all kids are equally important

    4. When the laughter dies, the relationship soon follows.

also we must be able to laugh at ourselves!!!!!!

Stand up for yet be open to others opinions--don't belittle others for having different opinions

    8. Emotionally "tuff", isn't ignoring the hurt. It sooner or later affects your life, if you do. But admit that you are hurt, cry, if need be and go in. Gradually the hurt will lessen and will one day disappear. If you let it.

If you don't deal with it today---it can come back to bite you in the a$$ when you least expect it to and/or it builds into resentments and destroys all it touches--feelings don't go away if not dealt with

    9. It is so written that; Thou shalt not piddle on an electric fence. Yea verily!

someone i once was friends with told me this

don't have one leg in yesterday and one in tomorrow--because when you do you pi$$ all over today--we have to live today for today

    10. Sometimes we are given exactly what we most need, exactly when we need it most.

even if we don't want it!!!!!!!!!! it may be preparing us for the best of what we want

    11. God lives inside of us all. You want to know the Truth, just ask, but be open to the answer

and try not to read into the answer what you want instead of what is being told or directed
