I am owned by three watch cats all calico's Charley named for the storm, Daytona and Goldwing. These cats have it made in the shade with five acres to roam and plenty of shade trees to climb. Indoors are two Cockateals Chadwicke and Petrie, Chadwicke is the male and very smart, he has memorized all twelve bird calls of the Audubon clock hanging next to the cage. Then there is the four Ferrets, Sadie Mae the oldest at six, Dixie Lee, Dakota a rare blackfoot, and Jasper the largest male you ever saw weighs in at three pounds. Ferrets are a riot to own if you have the time to play with them, and these four rarely sleep when I'm awake.

Me, three days ago a had a lab and a collie/shepard. Today I have a collie/shepard. I only hope Teacup (the lab) found a good family. She ran away as I was moving and I couldn't find her.

Mo what road trip??
I lost track of what's going on in the forums - I only check in on a few posts so I don't know what's going on anymore.

Cut write: Lady, You re right, its hard to believe that wild critters would bond with a bone head like me but i ve been shown otherwise on a few occasions. I was saying good luck to Hootie just before I tossed him to the sky after he healed up--this is freaky---. He put his wing aroud my shoulder just like you would to an old friend when parting ways.. You might say coincidence-??. I don t think so, The friend taking the pics and I could see it was genuine. The fact he still comes to visit for more than a year now tells the tale!!
Definately not coincidence--birds are very affectionate and extremely intelligent.
