now ladyb--i've been with a man whose hair is longer than mine--and being considerette wears it wrapped--i know if i'm on a bike with mine loose--forget it--i will pull out half of it trying to deknot it--soooo mine is always braided or wrapped

I love long hair, and it's getting increasingly harder to find long haired men. When I was 17, everyone had long hair. The "long-haired rock star" look has went out of style. Personally I don't care what's in style. I still am attracted to the long-haired hippie look of the 60's and the long-haired metal bands of the 80's. Things sure do change. Maybe it's just the area I'm in, New Orleans, but everyone here is so caught up in the hip-hop look. I even know bikers who wear Ecko. I'm like "Come on. That is so ghetto." I miss the old white trash look, not just the hair. I miss the ripped jeans, concert t-shirts, Lynyrd Skynryd on the radio. Used to be rock 'n roll was the most popular. Now it's rap and hip-hop. It's even infiltrated the white folks. I dream of the day rock 'n roll makes a comeback. All the guys will be hot again. No more baggy pants and trashy music with too much booming from every car that goes back. Music isn't even played anymore. It's all drum machines, and what happened to guitar solos? I haven't heard one of those in years. I am sorry I have ran so far off the topic. I could go on forever. I sure miss the good ol' days.
