Most that know me know I've been trying my damnest to move from the west coast to live the life of Riley on the east coast for the last 3 1/2 years....I have the Ex from Hell.. geuss we all have one or another...anyway the courts gave him custody of my young men, weird how that works...I had them 24/7 now he gets the duty....Should be interesting? My guys are o.k. with it Hell my 12 year old said" Mom he won't last 3 months" got to love those young men.....troopers....

I needed to vent and I know I can do that here...don't get me wrong my hearts breaking but I got a basket to pick up the pieces....

In the mean time I'm moving and going to build a home for my men to be proud of.....they will be playing in my pool again soon!

Rocky, know that you will be thought of as you stand before the judge by those here that consider you a friend (even those you haven't met yet). Whatever you do, don't let HIM see you shed a tear. Be strong for your boys. In the end they know who loves them best.

Thank you sweetie....

Taking my confidence and the Big guy upstairs with me....

The next time he will ever see me cry is at my young mans wedding....or the birth of my grandbaby's...just thinking about it makes me weepy!

Thanks for the ma*il....hope you understand this is keeping me busy right now ....will call and give ya an update...

I sure hope you realize how many people are thinking about you. It would make your boys proud.

The closest thing I've come to this kind of hurt is NOT being able to have children. Count your blessings. You have more than you may realize, and you probably give more than you realize, too.

Be tough. It makes us girls proud to see another stand so strong.

thank you H lady....nice to see a new face with an opinion....

I'm proud of my men for there tolerance......

Rocky, I am so sorry that is happening. I know some of the pain you feel. I know that time will eventually erase the mistakes of the past. I myself am in a custody battle now with my 3 year old daughters mother. My 3 year old told me, her nanny, and a third person on 3 seperate occasions, in the last month now, that her stepfather has been touching her under her diaper. The problem is, she had not mentioned it to a medical doctor or an investigator from the office of child services(when I brought her to the hospital and reported it to O.C.S.) As far as the law is concerned she (my daughter) could say it to a room full of people but, unless one person worked for O.C.S. or was a medical doctor, then it is all considered "hear-say" and does not count in the eyes of the law. Now I am paying nearly $1600 a month for my daughter, and her mother refuses to believe any of it. In her mind I made it up and other people are just collaberating. She also refuses to let me see my daughter because she claims I "made it up" to cause her and her husband trouble. Until this he and I were always cool with each other and she and I always had a great relationship for my daughters sake. But now, I am a S.O.B. and until there is a court order, I will not be allowed to see my daughter.
So I do know somewhat how you are feeling.
Bikerman, thank you also for sharing, as well. Sometimes the law is so blind it's like they really push the envelope on "innocent until proven guilty."

Deep I'm so sorry to see that your court is that ugly...I hope your young one is being allowed to counseling ...if your not being heard that the only way....

Thank you, As soon as I can start getting her again I will sure do that. The O.C.S. will not allow me to speak of it, in hopes that she will forget. I on the other hand think that is crap. I will not have my daughter grow up having to repress that. Again I pray also your boys are back with you soon. Their voices will be herd.

Cappy....

your young one is going to need alot of help if they don't allow her to get it out...and talk about it...suppressing such awful and ugly experiences will only create even bigger problems later in her life....

The fact that you know it and are waiting to seek the help she will need will be a comfort for her in the long run....Don't ever give up!!!!

My boys are going to be O'K'

they know I love them and everything is happening but it's not forever and God willing they will be back under my room next summer!!!!

tomorrow is the day....

Rocky, how are things coming on the move? From the looks of the posts, you guys had a fantastic time at Doc's. I know the time is drawing near for the boys to go live with their dad. Just wanted you to know, you are being thought of.

By the way My Brother lives in Nashville and I'm planning on visiting him would love to get together with you if that can be arranged while I'm in your lovely state!
