ladies, it's easy just pull it back or clip it up... there really isn't alot you can do other than deal with it.

Not all of them (or us) have toupees that can just be wiped off, sj, lol.

I use a comb and a little water, a ball cap, or a dew rag to deal with helmet hair. When my hair was down to my belt, I'd just keep it in a pony tail.

Another way to deal with it for the ladies is to wear a beret or comb in their hair. And carry a brush.
