Theres been times that I would have loved to do exactly the same thing MR SPINELESS did to Thunder but,I have manners & have never ditched a guy & if I'm gona be late I CALL. I never meet anyone for more than just a drink so either can get out if it aint working out.

thunder, i just read through the posts, and i am sorry that s h i t happened, but like everyone has said, it is totally their loss....you are a great lady, i admire your views and constitution, these guys were f**k-ups, they didn't deserve you, and you came out on top.....sounds like someone is watching out for you and is waiting for the good one to come along who does deserve you.....yea, waiting s u c k s, but you will see, when the time is right, the man will be right....

Guy sounds decent...retired military..goes to school & works both part-time..Sundays is family day. Big family.
This is our third attempt to meet. Wants to do late lunch.
We decide to meet at the HD Dealership which is about 2 hours from each of us. I get there first..wait outside on the bench..He comes..sits down and we talk awhile ..bout 20-25 min. We go inside..we're looking at scoots and such. He says he has to go to the restroom..I said me too. We walk back..I hear him leave..I step out. I don't see him.. Look around, don't see him...walk around and up front, don't see him.
Stand up front for a few, don't see him. Look out door to parking lot, don't see him. DANG if he didn't sneak out like a thief in the dark..a spineless sneak.
The saleperson had asked me if she could help me find something, "I said I think I lost a man in here." LMAO
So I get to chatting w/the salespeople end up getting a invite to their private party..woooohoooo...So it was not an entire loss..
I'm glad he snuck out..saved me the trouble of telling him myself. I DID NOT like the man at all. No SOH, tightwad, prude w/a stick up his a@@...
Stopped on the way back at a place Rock & I would stop at if we were out that way..bought some fudge and sugar buzzed out on the way home....DAYUM...

Being stood up SUX!! on the postive side, being stood up is the first step to finding out what kind of person they are, instead of finding out weeks or months down the road.

I got tired of being stood up so now if someone wants to meet me, I let em know where my hang out is & when I go. That way I'm not sitting at home waiting but, instead I'm having a good time with or without them.

A friend of mine got stood up she kept trying to call me about it, I was at the hospt with my brother that had been in a wreck....come to find out my brother was the one that stood her up. They married 10 yrs later.

After some questions by emale, a female was behind the dare & neither are or have been BK members to my knowledge nor bikers for that matter. This was an in-person so called friendship/relationship & was a lil over a yr ago.
