It's already been renamed, but it didn't make any difference.

I have tried sending a pic from the hard drive AND the CD. The results are the same, NIL, even after renaming. The browse thing wants to send the entire contents of my pics that I have loaded on EITHER!

OK, if you give me step by step instructions on how to post a pic on BK, an step by step on how get a regular size picture that is 4 X 6, but has three X's the number allowable pixels per BK, I'll post one, one that has me wearing my "BIKER" T-shirt that I picked up at the "Biker, Blues, an BBQ" rally in the Ozarks last year.

The pic falls withing the BK "Maximum 200 KB file size per photo", but has 3 X's the allowable pixels.

Totally agree with this part of Ldy_H statement.

You can agree all you want, but I call the "no Pic" thing making assumptions or judgements.

What really cracks me up is all these road signs and telephone messages that direct you to a web site.

NOT EVERYONE in this country has a computer and not everyone tht has a comnputer has the capability of sending a picture. Hellll, I don't even have a printer that would work on my laptop, but it would work on one of my other computers, but they still can't send pictures.

I don't have anything to hide, just don't have the capability to send pictures.

hmmmm.. If you have a computer, camera, and cd drive with access to the internet U should be able to send a photo...

I have a computer and a CD where I loaded a bunch of pics. Each pic has a file number, but when I do the browse thing and put in the file number, like 070_70.JPG BK gets the message for the entire contents of the CD.

How to . . . . .?????

Sorry, don't DO disposable cameras.

Speaking of pictures, some of the pictures I've seen are such poor quality that the only thing you can tell about them is there some with and without bikes and you can tell if it's a man or woman, but BARELY.

I lump the no pic/no reply into the same category as people that are forty PLUS and are complaining about the difficulty of "meeting" someone.

Perhaps the reason they are having trouble is that they have gotten to be so unreasonable and so picky that people just write them off. IOW they may have played games so long they can no longer . . . . . .

Hi, I've often made the following suggestion to those who don't have a scanner, digital camera etc. Buy a disposable camera, get someone to take your photos, take the camera to Walmart or CVS Pharmacy where they have 1 hour developing and offer photos on a disk (or use an on-line developer like snap fish). Insert the disk into the computer and it will install software with a few clicks to alow you to view and crop the photo. When it is time to load the photo onto BK, hit their "Browse" button, and look in your A: drive for the photo. If you have no external drives, use the on-line developer. They store your photos and allow you access at any time. Hope this helps.

In this case, I have to defend those without digital cameras, scanners, and web cams. Not everyone can afford or has the know-how to be able to get a pic online. Doesn't mean they are a bad person or hiding something, as long as they are upfront about it.
I too prefer pics, but I don't automatically delete them if no pic. I will review the profile and respond one way or other.
One thing I have seen done is to post a pic and then make a forum post. Delete your pic, and for some reason the forum still has it when you post. Don't know if it still works, but it is one way to get your photo out there but not all the way out there.
And for all those ladies who have said it doesn't matter what a guys looks like, it's what's inside that's important, how many of you delete the guys if they don't have a pic? Not exactly living your own words, are ya?

AMEN! Sort of shallow whether it's a man or a woman. And AI guess if they are THAT shallow I wouldn't ant anything to do with them.

You're ASSUMING! What if a person doesn't have the computer capability capability to send photographs?

Heya Clyde,

If your computer has the capabiity to connect to BK, then it has the ability to send pics too.

Do you mean like from a library or something? Or some other computer that isn't yours? Simple, bring the pic in on a diskette or CD, insert it into the computer you're using, and from the "browse" button where you add the pic - just select the drive letter the pic is on and look around until you find the pic.

I'm sure if you needed a hand, you could ask away on these forums. There would be many folks who would help you get squared away (myself included).

Have a good one.

What cracks me up is the profiles that have only a pic of a bike... now - as much as I love my bike, it can't quite make it up the stairs to cuddle with me... GUYS- post a pic!!! It isn't about whether or not you are some super-stud - it is that you are comfortable with who you are and how you look. I am much more attracted to personality, and a great sense of humor, but if a guys doesn't post a pic, then I feel like he is hiding something. No one is perfect, so be proud of who you are.
