Im not sure about All artists but I know that the ones in my area would probably refuse to tatoo on scar tissue itself.. Here they are pretty picky because they see thier tats as thier reputation and the ink does not take that well on a scar. I think Tam is right you will probably have to incorporate the scar into the tat in some way. Love to see it when you get it done.
