yak-we're all so guarded now-----i know what i am trying to say but can't find the words for it---.......yes we do want a nice man.....when we were younger, we probbley did go after the ones that would pose a "challange" (sp), but we are older now, and know nice from not so nice....i just fear that we always prejudge now, expecting the worse at times, that nice men/women never give each other a chance....it was all apart of growing up i guess, lets just hope now that we will and do give the nice ones a chance

Lol Diamondgirl...can't always judge a book by his cover. Maybe he made a mad face too many times and it just stuck that way.

I have no idea why i had to post that...I think I have too much time on my hands today

Not all guys are flakes ,but the ladies don't want a nice guy, they like the bad boys.If this guy was a nice guy it would probably be -see ya on down the road jack-there would most likely be no discussion about him.But since there wasn't even an addios seniorita,it's a topic.I can't understand why it seems like the ladies[some/most of em] walk all over the nice guy, will do anything for the guy that treats em like crap.I know I am careful about being myself when meeting someone new. It's like there are "rules of engagement" re dating ,don't call to soon ,often, show to much interest, etc. It was easier when I was a kid ,at least where I grew up,be honest ,treat others as you want to be treated. Just my 2 cents.

Oh a bi#ch fest just what I needed!
Motorcyclemama, Hun you and me gotta learn to pick em better. I think we should tattoo "BALL LESS COWARD" on the foreheads of men that can't say goodbye, so long, F off! Christ say something. It's not so bad when a guy disappears after one meeting but 3? Esp. when you enjoyed their company overnight for the 3rd. Ok, I know stupid but he was a great guy, there was a snow storm involved and we clicked. Been too damn long since I "clicked" with someone. :)
Off Roflo went to Daytona promising an awesome date when he returned, clear the day for me he said. He stood me up (causing me to lose a days pay, I know stupid again) and did not return my calls, only 3, well maybe 4. I have a pretty strict 3 strikes your out rule. Should have been a big red flag when he told me some chick had called him 20 times and wouldn't go away and some other poor lady pulled into his driveway. Do men ever think that maybe, just maybe they incite women to stupidity by ignoring them and not having the balls to say "BYE"? Brings to mind a certain rabbit boiling in a pot...LOL You know what s#cks worse? He has made me question my judgement in people, if you can't trust your own judgement you really can't trust anyone. So now my profile is down while I try to figure out how I screwed up this bad.
Any volenters to hold him down while I use the tattoo gun?
I always say goodbye, guess that's cause I have balls! And my Mom taught me manners.

I have to weigh in with Harleydragon on this one, my Mother taught me (and I'll smack you if you dare say Mom was wrong) that "If you don't feed them at home they'll go out for dinner."
I personally won't be feeding them at my place, K's diner..LOL Mom was right in theroy, but if you get that hungry maybe it's time to find a new place that serves regular meals!

A "dog" knows no better than to accept a steak from a stranger...hopefully, being a man, you've evolved just a bit above animal stages? If not, you really should work on that! Sometimes, there are things that happen that are out of our control..big appetites need to be curbed...or you do if you are all that you can think of! :)

Lady...too many women dis their sisters! I think the b**ch that does this, should get her A kicked up between her perverbial shoulder blades..Ride safely Sister! :)

Hey Bea, wow, sweetie, that was a heck of a situation you were in. Not easy at all. Congratulations for handling so well. I doubt I could have done as well. Hope there can still be a good outcome somehow.

i know this is silly, but after thinking what i wrote, i just want to clarify things, and why i said what i said...we were hanging out, he has a step daughter who is 28, with a 10 year old mantality-from a accident of being thrown down the stairs...this guy met this women after the fact, fell in love with the little girl, and married the mom to help with the girl-after a few years- the wife/mom decides it's ruining her life and cant take it anymore and leaves them both...the divorce was never finalized because she threatened to take the girl away from him...he saved this girl and did wonders with her...well, a few months ago, the "wife" was evicted, lost her job and came knocking on his door, for a place to live for a bit...the little dgt only understood the mom was back, so he asked me what to do, told him he had to decide-after all in the girls mind it was her mom...well she did move in and take the girls room over, steal from her, lives of off them, ect...i had no problem with the situation-i understood it and didn't worry about it-trusted him-i knew there was no love loss, and the child, in her eyes had her mom back...well, things got bad and he told her to get the hell out, even gave her to money to do so, oh she did, for a week and partied, then back begging...even threatened to but the girl in a home, said it in front of her...she was so upset...i got close to the child and we hung out alot, she even asked me to be her mom...well, it was that situation he was angry about, not her askig me to be the mom, but the lady no leaving, and started yelling at me about it, so that is why i told him only he could remedy it, since the divorce was never finalized-the "wife" threatens to but the daughter away...that is what he was yelling at me about...i have been very understanding about it all, especially for the child, but something needed to be done...and only he could do it.....

this can be part of the problem with long distant relationships

they say when the cats away the mice play!!!!!!!

i don't know the details of what went on--i wasn't a fly on the wall--buttttttt i will tell you this when i decided to move back to jersey--that decision was made the beginning of october my furniture was here mid nov i was here for 2 wks had to go back to ga and i was here totally mid dec

the idea of a long distant relationships--to me one party or the other has to make the move--self gratification only goes so far--lack of human touch leads to death in infants in the failure to thrive--and leads to the failure to thrive in relationships also

I don't deny being a dog but even a good dog will take a steak from a stranger if the owner doesn't keep him fed..And, some dogs have big appetites

ya know what really sux? the ones that say "come take my heart" or "my heart belongs to you" or "you own my heart" then come to find out, "every" hole has part of the heart, and then neither party (i thought women stuck together)don't even tell ya about it so you don't look/or feel a fool. THATS WHAT SUX. be thankful the bastards don't ever or occasionally respond, evidently it wasn't supposed to be....

Lv2ride,

The reason the goof thought you were intimidating is because you are a strong confident woman. That scares the h*ll out of weak, insecure men. You just keep being your beautiful strong self and the guy that can appreciate you, really appreciate you will find you.

I still think most men are basically good. Does that make me naive?

Yes.

I don't care. I like 'em anyway.
