a phenomenom in uk is drivers of white vans who for no apparent resaon lose their brains when they get behind the wheel
What do white-van drivers think about? Tonight on the way home one headed straight for me because i was overtaking a line of stationary traffic. He actually changed his driving line and drove straight at me for no reason except to scare me. He missed me by an inch as he swerved back, nearly hitting the car in front of him while beeping his horn. It really upset me because it was mindless and there was no reason. Sometimes you just wanna kick peoples headlights in lol

have a good evening

i know I posted this and then forgot all about it, but there are some fantastic ideas about how to deal with these. I would have liked to have stopped the driver and introduced myself wearing my stillettos and a mini skirt and then stomped on his toe lol. it would be good to have a bow and arrow and go all amazon on them through each tyre and the ballbearings is a good one as well.

Riding everyday i keep trying different routes home to find the bed surface the widest lanes and sometimes I am braver than at other times. Subtle is probably best and when cars oull into your path you know it will be only a short time before you can overtake and wave goodbye. Young men in their moms cars yes thta is a real problem sometimed they soun d as if they are going to lose their engine they try so hard to win at light and junctions and you sit ther thinking its not gonna happen sweetie even from neutral I can move faster than u especially on the sprint after pulling off then i chill and sit up and let them roarpast with the occasional. lol thankyou everyone stay upright and dont let the baaaaaarstools get u down these I have fallen off in my time rofl. I feel so much better and would be great to surround the van and just smile at the driver on all sides. Would not mind having you my my side dynamal lol

Stillme, thought I'd let you know I had to autograph another today. It didn't knock me sideways, but it sure felt good. She actually turned her signal on (good little disciplined citizen) and moved over into my lane as Betty and I were riding home. Cute little Asian chick too, when I stopped at the light and she was behind me she did a very good job of ignoring my single finger salute. Course that changed when Betty, who had been slightly behind me, rode up next to her and entertained her through her window for a few quick seconds. She found that tirade harder to ignore than my 'male' antics. I'm still steamed at the cages, but laughing at the look on her face from the female to female interchange. I wonder if she'll remember anything in the morning?

Ha! good for Betty! i bet that cager will pay more attention to bikes now!

bad rider.. no chance...it's just that he's...ah....hmmmm...quite visible on that purple machine of his...and he usually only has to press his nose against the glass of one minivan for the rest to start moving out of the way....

Maybe in mississippi havefun but up here it's aunt clara in her purple PT Cruzer or yellow vw with the freakin' daisy, diggin' on the BG's and not looking at anything... I like to let 'em see me in their rear view mirror for a few miles..you know to make sure they are not lost...
