Regarding the rally at Cut's:

As it stands now the following riders will be meeting at my house on Wednesday the 14th and leaving Thursday.

DekkerDave
Kat
Dib
Springermike
Seeme

We'll be picking up Reign and Axel along the way.

I plan on holding 5 doubles at the Econolodge. Each room is about $80 per night. Dekkerdave and I are sharing a room. Seeme and a friend are sharing a room. Kat's got a room and I guess that puts Dib and Mike in a room.

Axel? You need a room?
Reign? You got a room, right?

I'll hold the rooms on my CC, but 2 weeks prior to check in, everyone will need to confirm their room with a credit card. Roomates can work out the details.

I know this trip is still 4 months away, so let me know who else will be joining us, if somethings changes, or if I left something out.

I've been swamped latetly and haven't been able to weed through the original thread for messages to me so contact me here or via EMAIL.

Bill

Here's one of the problems that we ran into preparing for the ride to VA. Dave just couldn't decide on which helmet to wear so he tried them all on. Thankfully, he didn't pick this one.

I agree Mike, it's nice to just sit back and let somebody more responsable lead the way. Well, or at least somebody with a GPS lmao. Thanks Dave & Bill

Dave and Axel were having some problems with their ear plugs. It took us a while, but a stop at a house of worship for some prayer, got them all fixed up.

Okay confession time... I have a sticker on my helmet that reads.."PHEWWW I just had a brain fart." I gave all a fair warning. I was trying very hard to give the guys a bright idea but the big BRAIN FART smelled so bad they had to put the plugs in their noses.
SHHH don't tell anyone!! We will keep that a our secret. NO body will read this..

Dave, Peggy, Cheryl, and I ate way to many Deleware River clams before the trip. We had to stop a lot along the way, but it was worth it.

My baby brother Pat and his wife Donna needed a break from their 3 little muchkins so Cut and I set them up with a free weekend of fun.

Thanks Cut. These two fellow Virginians will never forget your hospitality. And thanks to everyone for making them feel welcome.

Cheryl tried to override Dave's route with MapQuest but Dave would hear nothing of it.

The ride down was incredible. Dave picked a great route and we really enjoyed it. One of the highlights was even though we were running 2 hours behind schedule, the entire crew meeting us in Virginia waited for us and all enjoyed the remainder of the ride together.

Beginning at my house we partied a little too much and also ran into some technical difficulties. I'll attach some pics of these issues later.

A major thanks to Cut for putting all of this together.
