We had a great time too! But we stayed at the Riverside RV park acorss from the riverside...talk about a party.. we had five or six spaces together... all nice rigs.. best part.. our bike is right outside our door, same place as the beer! There were several parties.. everyone in the park was pretty much invited... one roasted pigs (2) on Thursday nite.. the other barbuqued up a ton of tri-tip... Did anyone take the 66 from Golden Shore to Oatman? we had to go the long way around due to an accident on Friday... it was worth it!

Barbiwire000, love the screen name. This was my first Laughlin trip also, had a pretty good time. The best was the ride to and from. Glad you made it back!!!

Laughin was a blast, route 66 and Oatman was awesome. Anyone interesed in going next year will happy to know if you book your rooms now its less that 150 for the full 4 days. Riverside has the best rate. Booked mine yesterday when I got home, screw this 525.00 bucks, is not worth that much!

Hey, Just got back from Laughlin today, man the winds were really kicked up. Great ride, great time!!! Ya, Ukin, it seems a sin to put a windsheild on a chopper. Saw a chopper for sale on display, just fell in love with it. Rhett was awesome to say the least!!! He's the guy who rides on the sides of the walls of a controlled indoor set with a go cart and and old Indian bike and a Harley.
He just blew my mind!!! Hope everyone who went had an awesome time and made it back home safe! Love Ya'll

Hi Ukin, well I gotta tell ya, I was dead set against windshields. But let me tell ya, this spring, the bugs rule, my poor face was getting beaten up bad. So yep, I broke down and got a windshield. Well worth the investment. I did get the detachable so when the bugs die down, the windshield comes off, ha,ha! Terie

No, no fun..well, I did win $55 at the poker table..so it wasn't a total waste of time lol.
The ride back was nice, once the sun came up. I am thinking of getting a windshield for these long rides lol..I was freezing!

I went to Laughlin..spent about half a day there...11 hours to be exact and came home..left for home at 4 in the morning..a nice pleasant 12 hour ride (including stops) back to North CA...LOADS of cops around on the Freeway...just waiting for the black and chrome warriors to thunder on past.

No that price was for 2 people. We got ours back in Oct. and didn't pay that much. It all depends on how bad you want to go I guess.
