the fu-ked up state of VA police did not even charge the old man HE EVEN LEFT THE SCENE OF THE ACCIDENT WITHOUT CHECKING ON MY BROTHER (PER EYEWITTNESSES. my brother was traveling over the posted speed not breaking the sound bearer or anything like that in VA traveling above the posted speed ON A BIKE MIND YOU ,NOT IN A CAR AS IT SEEMS,the prick officer stated my brother forfeited his right of way by speeding. I MANAGE A BODY SHOP IN VA I HAVE HAD MANY CUSTOMERS TELL ME THEY PULLED OUT IN FRONT OF A SPEEDING CAR BUT STILL GOT A TICKET FOR FAILURE TO YIELD THE RIGHT OF WAY >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>WOULD YOU CALL THIS PREJUDICE AGAINST BIKERS OR WHAT
