Hi, I am new to the site, and have asked for some advice and got an overwhelming response to it. I need some more advice:

My b/fs best friend has all of a sudden lost intrest in riding and his club. He has always done tattoos and leather work he was always involved. but out of the blue its like he wants nothing to do with any of it anymore. There is no woman involved no ones pis*s*ed him off, he just doesnt want to do anything. Getting him to even ride lately is like pulling his teeth. Any advice or has anyone else had a similar expericne?

Lady on a bike, sounds to me like your friend is going though what one of my friends did, Depression, If you guys are really close then you would know if something happened to scare him that much from riding. He would just stop riding, not give everything up he used to love hobbies, friends just even going out, I
d say have a talk to him, if it
s that bad he needs to talk to someone professional, I
m no expert on this, but as I said a friend went through the thing. Hope it helps be safe!!!

I'm with bikeman. While it could be physical, for him to push his friends away it would likely be serious. The fact he will ride if pushed leads me to believe he got scared by something.
I know a guy that used to ride all the time. Car ran a red, nailed him, he woke up in the hospital. If he even stands next to a bike now, he starts sweating and shaking. Changed his whole lifestyle. Your b/f just needs to ask straight up what's going on. There is another answer, though. Could be a woman. She's pregnant, doesn't want the child to be fatherless because of a bike accident. Seen it before as well. Laters.

Maybe something happended that scared him. He will work through it and his love for riding will surface again. Give him time. Don't push

could be a depression or other health thing he just doesn't want to talk or find out about!!!!!!
sometimes we have things start to hurt us and the imagination takes over--soooo we think if we ignor it will go away!!!!!
not always true

physical may be in order

Hard to say, the only thing I can think of is maybe he had a close call on his bike and really scared himself!!
