my counts were way out a couple are still high but on the way down--they did more tests than i want to even think about
being the pancrease(sp) was way out of line i couldn't eat or drink anything for 3 days and they didn't want to operate being it would be more dangerous
the gallbladder was removed on thurs late afternoon adn i'm feeling alot better--still have to go back in a few mths for blood work to make sure the liver and pancrease(sp) is functioning right

Mornin all of you awesome people.....
I spoke to Peggy last night and she sounded GREAT!!!.
She's off the morphine, because apparently the other
meds that they have given her have done their job,
and she's no longer in a lot of pain. She's also no longer
yellow. I told her no no gf... ya look so much better TAN lol...
and she laughed - and told me that it didn't hurt her to laugh
anymore
Her "counts" that were way up there, (her pancreas "count"
which should normally be in the 200's were in the 13,000's !!!),
have been lowered significantly by the meds, and although
her gall bladder still does have to be removed - laparoscopically -
her attitude is really positive - which is 99% of the battle.....
She should be home by the weekend.......
Oh - Turtle - I did pass on your funny post, and that was
some more encouragement for her.... not to mention that
it also made her laugh. Thanks gf....
I did also, pass on all everyone's good wishes to her, and it
really warmed her heart - and made her smile to know that
you are in her thoughts......
But we all know our Peggy - that woman has been through
a lot in her short life, and she is a true SURVIVOR.... Nuthin
keeps that woman down.....
I'll keep y'all posted, but she'll be back home in a coupla days,
and we all know that she'll thank you HERSELF.....
Like I've been sayin in so many of my posts... HCG ROCKS !!!
And yes Smiles... you have my permission to pass this on to BK
and Hwy.... We all need some GOOD news.... But I know that
you would've done it even without my permission lol....
Thanks for letting us know, Karend! I did a copy & paste of your message & posted it at the other two sites that Seeme is on (& Kin also posted it on one of the sites!)
Thoughts & prayers coming your way, Peg...was wondering why I hadn't seen you posting anywhere lately :( Take care g/f & heal ever so gently...
Hugs...
I checked the web site and they don't have a e-card get well soon type thing. I've seen some Hospitals that do but I don't think Peggy needs us ringing her phone off the hook but please give her my best wishes
