accept life for what it is--and live one day at a time--don't let the breakdown of a relationship eat at your gut--it will only hurt you not the other person--and by holding onto that anger THE OTHER PERSON WINS--so for yourself and your loved ones--turn it over to your higher power AND YOU WILL BE THE WINNER INSTEAD OF THE LOSER--YOU WILL BE THE SURVIVOR INSTEAD OF THE VICTIM

so please--help yourself--give up the anger--and yes it is easier said then done--put little notes all over to remind you
