Why is it that people can be so wrapped up in exterior packages of others? And if we can make others jealous of our man/woman based on superficial reasons?

I love when a man reaches back for my hand because he's walking a couple of steps ahead. Leaves a rose on my car while I'm at work, or surprises me by riding his bike to my work to pick me up for lunch. And all we do his hold each other in our arms! That's perfect to me. Looks can fade in time, but thoughtful, kind, loving gestures are what truly makes a person.

I've dated "handsome", and found that he was too wrapped up in himself, and rude. I've dated wealthy.....and he had extremely low self-esteem, and thought his money would impress me! NOT

You know I think the word "perfect" is a misnomer or at minimum carries a static tense that to my way of thinking just isn't accurate.

See if perfection was something you obtained and it was static it would immediately begin to decay into imperfection because something truly perfect is dynamic and always perfecting..the perfect is constantly perfecting and is never a static state but a dynamic one. The present is perfect because it is perfecting itself continually.

What the h e l l does that have to do with relationships...
just cause you get a tingle today
and you drip some oil in your jeans
doesn't mean his beamful gaze will always
put you in a lustful haze.

Perfect to me is someone else who has the idea of perfecting and that isn't changing the other person its working on one's self but then combining two people constantly improving themselves into one relationship that is constantly improving the third creation the we and us.
Now if I could find the person that would make me tingle, my knees grow weak and it hard to speak or walk and would constantly be working together with me to keep perfecting that feeling and keeping it alive then I would have found someone perfect in my eyes....

whew...not going to get any dates with that one...unless of course it is perfect in her eyes...

If your guy don't make you tingle and wet just from looking at you for ten seconds he ain't perfect and your'e missing out on alot of fun. It's a visual thing, what you see is what you want.
