I have my ride inside my 16' dual axle cargo trailer stored in Mesa AZ and need help getting it here to Asheville NC. Had to leave it there as my little 4 cyl Ford Ranger would not pull it. Any help I can get shuttling it here would be a great most appreciated. Someone suggested that maybe working out a relay of sorts might be an option... anyone willing to help a fellow rider? I am missing out on riding in some of the most beautiful country in the US and wanna get my face in the wind. Contact me by email from my profile if you have any suggestions or idea please. Thanks in advance. Grey
Grey, seems like no one is heading East this time of year, haven't even gotten a nibble, and these guys and gals are usually riding everywhere. Looks like most are heading to Sturgis or doing their local rallies this time of year. Didn't want to leave you hanging for too long waiting on me.
There are companies that will drive it to you for a price; you might look into that, as many just want the gas paid for.
falcon335 write: Grey, 5th wheel or standard trailer hitch? I wouldn't mind the trip, but don't have the time off, and at any rate, whoever is towing it would have to know that. Wish I could help out though. I'll check and see if any of the Indian Riders I know in Arizona are heading to Texas or points East, and post it here.
