Thanks to all my friends and there well wishes, and especially to Sher for starting this.
With a birthday that falls in the middle of the week, my only choice was to party both weekends and keep the quiet for the weekday(yes Irish I had to work, running a book fair this week for the little ones). The Friday before was a group of about 6 friends followed by a dinner with my two wonderful sons. Last night was a much larger, longer, and wilder gather of about 15. After a long week, it was a great stress reliever as well. There were drunk dials to Hawaii and Arizona and I only threw one cell phone and it wasn't mine(sorry Steve). That's a long story for another blog. No hang over today so I actually might start shopping. Getting older is great, I never have to act my age again. wooo hooo
