I find it hard to find ladies that don't drink on this site. don't get me wrong I'm not a "puritan". just made a decition not to drink. when I chat with ladies and they find that i don't drink they act as if i have the plague or i slapped them. just frustrating. but i'll get over it.

everyone has to drink....not necessary alcohol though...If she wants a Gin and tonic, ask the barman for a Gin and tonic, heavy on the tonic and a capful of gin...or hold the gin, or suggest her an alcohol free drink...
lower your entry criteria and find a woman who dont stink...rhymes with drink..lots more suitable matches there...

I don't drink. I prefer a partner who doesn't either. It's just too tempting to be involved with someone who drinks, in fear that I could fall back to old ways.(I am not a puritan by any means,especially based upon my past) But now,I can smell it a mile away.I am able to go to social functions where drinking is happening,but,it bothers me to see it,smell it,or watch people get bombed. It reminds me,it reminds me,it reminds me.... I am sure there are ladies out there who don't drink,and who don't mind that you don't drink. Maybe you're looking in the wrong places. My feelings are,if someone can't accept me for my choice to be sober,then too bad,tough shit,and move on past me.

I like you. I enjoy a glass or two of red wine in the evening with my dinner and maybe a few beers when I'm out. I recently have ridden with two men who do not drink and I feel so safe riding with them but they don't get upset with me if I have a few beer either. BUT, If I was riding my own bike...NO alcohol.

I don't drink, never acquired the taste I guess...I haven't run into it being a turn-off for women...but then I haven't run into many women..I lighten it up by saying that 'if you can get a glass or two of wine in me, I'll do anything you want..' Maybe it is not that you don't drink but that many nondrinkers I have run into get really self righteous on those who still drink and then rag.. Sometimes it just their silent dissapproval that make things uncomfortable. OR when they go on a run and are with a group they have forgotten how to have fun sober..(maybe never learned)and just sit there like unhappy unsocial lumps. Not so much fun to be around....This could be the reason you feel the distance.. maybe not you at all just gals knowing some sober exalcoholics(alcoholics working on sobriety..however you say it...) aren't much fun to be out with for the aforementioned reasons. I am not inferring this is you...don't know you..just talking in general.
