I need info on Trikes, not my most favorite but all things going might be the only ride I could do.,It will limit me but at least I'd be on the road and not have to worry about riding with someone.

they're several brands of trike kits on the market. from ok to fandamtastic. bike and budget decides for the most part. last month put one together from thr Trike Shop, it could be done at home. came with new triple clamps, exhaust pipe extensions and painted to match on a VTX 1300 Honda.
for quality my money would go for Motor Trike, located right there in Troup Tx. they have units for big twins, sportys and metrics down to a 750 Honda Shadow. even have a reverse option, as do others i think.
the trikes i've ridden were fun and easy to ride even with one hand while cornering.

US Nationwide - A stream of people came though Simonar Sports this week to get a look at ? or a test ride on ? a new three-wheeled motorcycle unveiled earlier this year by Can-Am. The Spyder, a vehicle the Canada-based company touts as part motorcycle and part roadster, features two wheels at the front of the vehicle and one at the rear. One of the thrusts behind the concept is capturing people who may not otherwise take to the road on two wheels.
"We're creating a new class of riding, a roadster," said Todd Matthews, West Coast manager for Spyder, who is in Luxemburg as part of the vehicle's tour around the region. "We've taken one of the hardest elements out of riding a motorcycle. You don't have to hold this up and balance it."
Matthews said 47 states ? including Wisconsin ? recognize the Spyder as a motorcycle while three states haven't decided what category it falls into and don't require a motorcycle license.Just alittle peek in the Future of Trike's :)

Was riding trikes for many years..helped to build one with my ex. Brothers of the Third Wheel has an excellent site. FUN FUN FUN! Like being in a race car. However, they turn over just like a bike.

Well ME MY has a bike too big for her which I want to relieve her of and Philly has some medical issues with holding a bike up, they can both ride thats not the problem.

If you buy a bike you can go to Lehman's trikes. they make kits to put on alot of different bikes they are now out of South Dakota, they make a nice kit. They have delaers all over who can install for you will paint to match your bike.
