That kind of reminds me of a story my boss told me when he worked at a state hospital in N.Y. I guess some of the patients could leave the grounds fairly easily. Well one fella always carried a steering wheel with him. So he was out on the town one night at a local bar, had a couple of beers and left. Came back in and said he needed to call a tow truck, couldn't get his car started. So he went back out to wait for the tow truck. Well he sees the guy driving up and down the street as he is sitting there at the curb holding his steering wheel. The tow driver goes in the bar and the patient follows him in. The driver says anyone here call for a tow?? And of course the patient said "yeah me, I've been trying to flag you down" and the driver turns and sees this guy holding a steering wheel. Not knowing what is what quite what yet but as he goes outside he soon figures it out. Apparently this guy was well known around town. This was the same fella who when asked to play the latest Hank Williams songs would raise his arm over his head as though he were putting a needle on a record, then rotate like an album on a stereo and speak and sing word for word a live recording of Hank Williams in concert cover to cover.
