Well, I don't know that men are more stubborn than women. Lately I am learning to appreciate the things that men take a hard line on, if that is what you want to call it. Obviously there are gender traits but stubborness...I have to agree with Krissy. And...these gender differences have never been more appealing to me until lately. Maybe I have given up MY stubborness. I think accepting these things is a lot easier than fighting them. For both men and women. In my job...with special ed students...we don't try to change that core person, he/she is who he/she is...we find their strengths and help them compound, expound on them. We help them find the positives and use them to the best of their abilities. Now I find myself wondering..why is it different with a partner???? It should not be. So maybe we should look at some of the gender traits that seem so foreign to us and look for a way to make them a positive in our lives. I sure want to try. Panhead..I like what you said, one good thing for yourself and for someone else.

WOW let me try this again! I just lost a good 1> R we really stubbern??? Or is it just the way we decided to act because someone either irritated us or just plain pissed us off?? I do belive I am a male by the parts I hold to go P. AND I also have feelings both good and bad. AND at times very bad, and I am truly thankful that people don't see me when I think I should be president or god. I think woman leave to many things , unless it revolves around them. While men are more opinionated and forthright in seeking justice and that may in turn seem to be stubbern depending on your topic??? Woman are just as stubbern as men I deal with the public in my own business and know from experience that smiles and love normally get the same in return. Smiles and love. I'm lost everybody has their moments, so if you find someone that really cracks your cookies, be patient, giving, or courtious. Make them smile or laugh and have fun this normally turns the tides of the deep. Share and be shared give and get in return, particularly without looking for something, just because you did something. Looking for a biker??? To bad they invented shocks and fancy front end fluid suspensions, lets see where the real girls are ride a hardtail for 20 years then see if your so into wanting to be a biker babe, this because it's better then the other b word, and that 1 would only come after being EARNED.

Krissy, You're going to get kicked out of the women's club if you keep posting reasonable logical statements like that.... Having said that we men do love you COMPLICATED hormonal cratures, but we live shorter lives because of it!!!

Are we really stubbern??? Or do at times we just act that way because someone irritated us or just plain pissed us off??? I've tried other sites and wrote several people and no one wrote back?? I am not gorgious, rich or something super special, but I am a man by the parts that I hold to p. AND on top of it I have feelings, both good and bad, and at times really bad, basically because I disbelieve in whats going on in our world for the most part, and government is doing nothing except to make their lives more cushie. It is not just men, I've met both sexes, (no not gay either) with erritable attitude problems. It comes from both sides and from me previous experience tells me a past does follow by those who have been treated very badly and it is at times a hard thing to change. So if you find somebody that really cracks your cookies then be patient, loving and persistent and try to make them laugh and have fun. I deal with the public on my own business and smiles and love get the same for the most part in return!!! I have become trully happy that people do not see me at times of true upsetness or angry or thinking I should be president or god. People need to tink of the 50 - 60s peace love do to do to get by not to be so greedy and filthy rich your grandchildren will never be able to spend the money, STOP the me me me, turn around and love someone and give them a good licking! Protien is good for both ends. Every day find 1 good thing to do for yourself, and also 1 good thing to do for someone else, everybodies life will be better. LOVE AN OLD HARD TAIL RIDER, THAT'S WHERE BIKERDOM IS AT.

Why are men so stubborn? C'mon ladies, stubborness describes personality, not gender. Why are we women so complicated?? We are complicated hormonal creatures. Most men just like to keep it simple, and a good majority of women can't deal with things being simple. I am glad I'm a woman, cuz I sure as hell wouldn't want to have to put up with one! lol

Its not always that we are stubburn. When people(guys and gals)don't return emails from someone its only rude. This world has thrown courtecy out the window. it only takes a couple minutes at most to reply"I'm not interested" or "I just met someone" or something to that effect. biker code that I grew up on was love to ride and look out for thy brother or sister. Well, I'm longwinded again. bdwolf77

revedup01, have never understood the reasoning other than courtecy for why the male should put down the seat. do you not look before you sit down. if not could be a rude awakening. now ladies before you all get in a tizzie she wanted to have some homor here and so did I. bdwolf77

It's like the internet cartoon where they show a male brain and all the parts of it by size: like the sex brain cell is HUGE, but the listening to the opposite sex, or putting the seat down brain cells are very tiny!! The stubborn cell must be in the large cell category, along with sleeping and remote control capability. So as you can see, it's all very scientific. Also, and this is a fact "current research has demonstrated that females, on average, have a larger deep limbic system than males. This gives females several advantages. Due to the larger deep limbic brain, women are more in touch with their feelings, they are generally better able to express their feelings than men. They have an increased ability to bond and be connected to others". This quote is from a noted researcher at Cambridge University. So HOW'S THAT FOR AN ANSWER?? And for the record, I don't hate men, just trying to put a little humor in this forum. Keep smiling, ya live longer!

That's like asking "Why did that SOB cut me off!" -- it doesn't matter; the only thing that matters on the road is what _you_ do... so, why are women/men/goats asking why _the other group_ is "always" this 'n that way? Only thing that matters to me is "Why am I like I am?" It's none of my business what anybody else thinks of me.
