Susan \s(u)-san\ is pronounced SOO-zun. It is of Hebrew origin, and its meaning is "lily". Short form of Susannah. In the apocryphal Book of Tobit, Susannah was a woman of courage who defended herself against wrongful accusation. First used in the 18th century. Susan is the English form, Suzanne is French, and Susana is Spanish.

I don't know about Gods, but I am in love with a man over nearly thousand years old Alaric Leader of the Goths who sieged Rome to get justice for his people. Don't even know the man but I fancy the dust on his bones.

Love all that stuff. Read about Myths and Gods when I was younger. I of course am Juno - Goddess of Heaven and Protectoress of Women's Virtues.(Cough Cough. Stop sniggering in the back row there) She is also a bit of a cow when riled and will brook no opposition.
Into reading about the Norse Gods at the moment. Thor has a temper but then he is a Red Head. Freya is a bit of a "Goer" too.
I'm sure I would get the Homage and Worship I deserve if I looked like this.
