HossV8 posted this in another blog but I wanted to make sure it didn't get overlooked.
Meet at 9:30 at Perko's, 1703 Yosemite Ave in Manteca where Hwys 120 and 99 meet...(see map) We'll take a few back roads to Jamestown, then head up Hwy 49 in Gold Country to Jackson for lunch at Mel's Diner.
Hope to see a few new BKers there.

Sus - Yep...I bet a little expertly applied balm done with just the right huskiness in the voice would accomplish wonders. Would definitely bring up other things to be dealt with!

Yep - no casualties and great weather made it a pretty damn good day.
We need to get DuecesWild a new, more comfortable seat though - being a tender "foot" is one thing, but he took it to a whole new level...maybe we can call him tender "loin"? Or how about rump roast??

Topdawg...thanks for a great ride yesterday. The ride to jackson, the Knights Ferry covered Bridge, mark Twains cabin...all good stuff! We had Demo, Deuces, Sprees, Myself and yourself, so thats 5 BK'ers on that run and each of us brought a couple of other bikers...was cool to have 3 Boss Hoss bikes on the ride too.
As you said...we started small and for a bunch of strangers...we're getting along famously!

Make no mistake, we'll be doing more - this is one of the greatest areas in the country to ride in. Mountains one day, sea shore the next, and everything in between with more riding days per year than most are blessed with. I feel very fortunate to be living here.
