well I been out of the loop for a while.I had to do a little thing that n/a people call "recovery".So i found myself in Ar. I have to abreviate cause I still can't spell it!lol. anyway I am very happy to tell I have been sober now for 90 day's! I never knew what that really ever meant and bt God it is something to behold! I tried to talk myself into thinking that I was cool cause no one really knew that I had a problem,even me! but we all know that stuff is bullshit!but back to Ar.I found myself surrounded by people who "looked the other way" when a brother and sister started to live together,I swear it! ok they say, there only 1/2 but you know where I come from that still a WHOLE lot of....YUCK!! So let me tell you all it was a chore to find my way back to home,to me well I really wanted to say hey to you'all, so HEY!and I am very glad that I made it back!

Katie Labor Day of '05 is my birthday. Once I made the decision, then I could start recovery. I could beat myself up over lost time but that's a waste of time. Be selfish in recovery and choose whats best for you to remain sober. I do love this new life. PS And I was sober when the Seahawks made the Superbowl. Tom

Katie, Good job on your 90 days. Had I not sobered up 33 years ago I would be type for starters. I hope you find as I have life is much better, it doesn't always go my way but it sure bets the alternative. Spyder

Congratulations on getting back on the road to discovering your true worth as a woman. Be the change you want to see in your life, as well as in the world. What you found happening around you is far more common than we all think. Creepy, yes, but as long as children are not involved, not your concern. Sure are a lot of brother/cousins and sister cousins where I used to live. Remember the song, "I am my own Grandpa"/ That always gave me the horrific shivers. Continued growth and new found life is wished for you.

I thought that you would be umm...surprised at the n/a thing but I knew that you knew...(dingy I still am,lol) actually you are the one who gave me that "last" push to really seeing who I was trying to be...and man I was failing miserable...but the sobriety thing is not as easy as one would love for it to be...actually giving birth was easy!!lol!! I have missed you and I want to see you...soon maybe after the holiday's? let me know...Love for you alway's S.K.
