aint nothing like sitting at a stoplight in a fairly good rain with cagers stareing at you with their jaws dropped. i guess they think im gonna melt or somthing. only 2 things melt in the rain, and im not ether one. a woman in a car mouthed somthing that made her teenage son laugh, i just blew her a kiss and winked and she looked even more shocked, the kid bout died laughing as i rolled away.

I live in Central Florida so I get rained on all the time. I rode 175 miles from Myrtle Beach to Virginia this year in a heavy rain storm. The only time I pull over is when it rains so hard that my glasses fog up and I can`t see anymore!

I too am with demoman there. LMAO But also with noskool. I have used my most recently purchased rainsuit three times. Purchased it in about 2003, used it in Tenn / NC going over the Dragon's Tail in a down pour last year on my way to Myrtle Beach; and then coming back from Sturgis last year, and going to Sturgis this year. There have been other times when I coulda/shoulda used it, but I just didn't bother. Otherwise it would dryrot here in the Mojave Desert. I just get looked at like I'm strange, and that's OK with me.

I road with a storm from Alpine to Dubois, Wy. Should have had good light throughout the trip, clouds turned day into night. Stopped at a pull off to check on a couple of riders. They wanted to wait out the storm. I glanced back from where I came and informed them they had a long, cold, 2 hour wait. They didn't mind wait and chuckled when I told them it was better to keep going, I got back on my way. They were at 6,000 ft. getting colder by the minute. Sometimes you just have to keep moving. I wonder how many days it tokk for their teeth to stop chattering?
