I have threatened to sell my old pan for years, and last week I finally did it. Some of you know I bought another car recently, and for some reason all the Is were not dotted and the Ts crossed. An old guy came out to my house to straighten everything out, and saw the bike (I had been doing some cleaning in the shop, so had moved it outside). He came back out to my house a couple of times to look at the bike and talk to me. Then last week he showed up with a fist full of money. I really think I just let him talk me out of it because somehow I knew he would take care of it, because I have turned down a lot more money than I charged him. It was cool to see someone get on that old thing and head down the road

Never sell mine...I thought ur dad wanted u to buy him a bike..Why if he has a pan...If he does why didnt he sell it...Hot bikes last about like a fart in a whirlwind---My 96 inch e glide will do me.. My pan is about as hot as i can get it for now an on a ridgid frame.
dad and I enjoy building them together more than we really enjoy having them. Selling one off really just opens up shop room for another father-son project.. I imaging he and I will have multiple bikes as long as we are able. We can sit for hours and chat about bikes, or work on one, and never say a word to each other. Either way we enjoy each other's company......that is why we do it

I believe in Karma. That was definitly good Karma. It certainly sounds like it was meant to be. The older dude and the Pan riding off together. Very Cool!

Oh man never sell motorcycles, tools or guns. One day your going to want it back.
true bud, but I am in no way deficient in owning any of the three.... My dad has another pan, we are working on a knuck, and I just blew the pan money on a 135 cubic inch evo engine for my hot rod bike
