There seem to be so many great cooks on here, men and women (Heretic, Cruisin, to name two) I thought it would be nice for people to share some favorite recipes. Someone just gave me this one, I have not made it yet but she swears it is very good.

Then add beaten eggs, butter, milk and vanilla. and blend all together. Put in 9x11 shallow pan. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes at 300 degrees.WHILE this is baking make up the topping. Grind or crunch up 3/4 cup cornflakes 1/2 cup brown sugar melted 3/4 butter 1/2 cup chopped up fine pecans After the sweet potatoes have baked for 30 minutes and have set up, Sprinkle it with the topping and pop back in the oven for another 10 minutes. Add 5 (or more)oz. of bar-B-que sauce. as much onion as you like, and as much bell pepper as you like,(adds crunch, and color so use a couple different ones. mix together, in a pot, and simmer for an hour or two. you may add if you wish, any type of hot pepper you like, but it tastes better if the heat doesnt overpower the flavor. If you need more, double the cans.Cook some up in your Laboratory,,,,,,,,

TURKEY CHILI 1 can diced tomatoes 1 can black beans rinsed well 1 can kidney beans rinsed well Combine and set aside
1 lb ground turkey: Brown in pan (lightly sprayed with cooking spray) on medium heat stirring frequently. If necessary drain.
Add: 8 cloves garlic roasted and mashed (do in a tin foil packet in oven at 350 for 25 minutes) 4 tablespoons ketchup 3 tablespoons chili powder 2 tablespoon cumin 1 tablespoon tumeric 1/8 teaspoon cayenne (red) pepper
Combine all ingredients and simmer on low for 25 minutes.
Serve with fresh chopped cilantro sprinkled on top and shredded monterey jack cheese (or any mexican blend)
This recipe is flexible - different beans work, as does ground beef instead of turkey, and spices can be mellowed or intensified depending on your personal taste.
Here's another: CHOCOLATE MOUSSE PIE
Crust: 1 1/2 Cups of graham cracker crumbs (maybe a pinch more) 3 TBLS butter 2 TBLS sugar 2 TBLS melted unsweetened chocolate
Mousse: 8 ounces semi-sweet chocolate melted 2 large eggs separated 1 whole egg Dash of rum 1 Cup of heavy cream whipped
Press crumbs in 8inch pie shell and chill
After melting the semi-sweet chocolate, let it cool somewhat but should still be slightly warm. Add the whole egg and mix well. Add splash of rum. Whip whites until fluffy but not dry. Fold in whites carefully with rubber spatula then fold in whipped cream. Gently spread mousse mixture into chilled crust. Refridgerate for several hours. Serve with additional whipped cream piped on and grated semi-sweet chocolate.

It's very simple, one stick of butter/margarine, one jar of Kraft Old English cheese spread, and crab (as much as you want but at least 4oz). Put in fondue pot on low and stir until butter and cheese is blended. Serve with triscuit crackers. Happy eating.

Beer Margaritas:
2(12-ounce) bottles of your favorite chilled beer
1/2 cup frozen concentrate limeade, thawed
1/2 cup chilled tequilla
Mix ingredients in a pitcher and serve on the rocks!
