The best help is knowing what you are talking about. Nothing worse than an amatuer helping in situations or medical needs that they know nothing about acting like a Mother Teresa. Stop smiling and holding hands and start emptying the sluice buckets - and mop that blood up while you're at it. "Corpse wants a trolley."
