Oh Still, sorry to hear you and your g/f split up. Maybe you two can work it out. How is Laurie doing?? Paddy, I loved that! The Indians had the most simple yet wise view of life. Thanks for posting it.

no, squirrels are not as bad as ferrets. I had a pair of ferrets once, but got rid of them pretty quickly because I could not stand the smell of them. This squirrel (her name is mischief) just likes to burrow into everything, including, but not limited to, your clothing

Two Wolves One evening an old Cherokee told his grandson about a battle that goes on inside people. He said, "My son, the battle is between two 'wolves' inside us all. One is Evil. It is anger, envy, jealousy, sorrow, regret, greed, arrogance, self-pity, guilt, resentment inferiority, lies, false pride, superiority and ego. The other is Good. It is joy, peace, love, hope, serenity, humility, kindness, benevolence, empathy, generosity, truth, compassion and faith." The grandson thought about it for a minute and then asked his grandfather, "Which wolf wins?" The old Cherokee simply replied, "The one you feed."

i thought these blogs were for anyone to say what was on their mind. i didnt see any instructions telling what we could or could not write. which also includes people complaning what other people write. but you also have the freedom to not read what you dont want to. i notice there are others who write and write and write blogs also. they are fun and entertainment. so read what you want and ignore the rest..... so harley...keep on writing

Bobevo, Sometimes the winks do not go through. I just happened to look at my account one day and saw that several people has winked but I never received them. That could be some of the problem.

coyotes are making a lot of noise tonight, and they are pretty close to the house. This has my pet squirrel upset, and demanding attention. Sleep does not seem to be an option at the moment

Wondering if maturation stopped with graduation from high school for some of you. ... Grow up. Juvenile sarcasm is really unappealing coming from an adult.
